5. How do I place an order?

  • Add to cart and proceed to checkout.
  • Enter your shipping and payment information.
  • Submit your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email.

6. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept secure payments via:

7. Can I cancel or change my order?

  • Before Shipping: Email us at support@baublesbags.us as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll cancel or modify your order if it hasn’t been processed yet.
  • After Shipping: We cannot cancel or modify orders once shipped. You may return the item in accordance with our Return Policy.

8. Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?

We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays)
  • Delivery Time: 5–8 business days after processing
  • Flat Rate: $5 shipping on all orders
  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, OSM

9. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll email or text you a tracking number. You can:

  • Use the tracking link from your email/SMS
  • Check directly on the carrier’s website

10. Why hasn’t my tracking info updated?

It may take 1–3 business days for tracking to reflect carrier scans. If there's no update after that, contact us at support@baublesbags.us with your order number, and we’ll help.

11. Can I update my shipping address?

  • Before Shipping: Yes, Email us immediately with your order number and correct address.
  • After Shipping: Unfortunately, we cannot change the address once an order has shipped. Always double-check your info before submitting.

Returns & Issues

12. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method after inspection.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order.

13. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We’re sorry! Please do the following:

  1. Contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and photos of the item (and packaging if damaged).
  3. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund, per our Return Policy.

Claims after 5 business days may not be honored.
