At Baubles Bags, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return process to make things right.

Where We Accept Returns

We currently accept returns within the United States only for eligible products purchased directly from our official online store.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Unused products that meet the return condition criteria (see below).

Note: We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Product Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be brand new, unused, and in original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, tags, dust bags, and inserts.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Email us at support@baublesbags.us to request a return.
Step 2: If your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label to print and attach to your package.

Important: Do not send items back without our approval or without using the provided return label. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping within the U.S. is free for approved returns.
  • We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirmation of your return status.
  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 days.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Partial Refunds May Apply If:

  • Items show signs of use, damage, or wear.
  • Original packaging or included accessories are missing.
  • The return is made outside the 30-day window.

We will notify you before issuing any partial refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered:

  • Contact us immediately at support@baublesbags.us.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • We will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Unauthorized Returns

Items returned without prior approval or without using our return label may be:

  • Refused upon delivery
  • Returned to you at your expense

Missing Refunds

If your refund was approved but you haven’t received it after 15 business days:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account.
  2. Contact your bank or card provider to ask about delays.
